Xeomin® Membership
Our most-requested neuromodulator membership. Extra units billed at $8*/unit, plus 10% off aesthetics, skincare, and Aura 3D scans while you're a member. Billed monthly with a 1-year commitment. Your membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel in writing at least one week before your annual renewal date.
HRT Membership
Monthly hormone care, billed monthly. After a one-time $99* initial lab fee, ongoing bloodwork and provider visits are included. Medications or delivery methods not listed above may be billed separately. HRT memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment and renew automatically unless you cancel in writing at least one week before your renewal date.
Resurfacing Membership
Includes one treatment per quarter (4 per year), with your choice of CO2 Refresh laser or RF Microneedling at each treatment. Each treatment is subject to your provider confirming it’s appropriate for you at that visit, and an Aura 3D scan is included at each membership treatment visit. The Resurfacing Membership is a 1-year commitment and can’t be canceled during that year.
HydraFacial Membership
One facial a month at the tier you choose — book it like a standing appointment, not something you have to remember to schedule.
M-Face Maintenance Membership
Keeps your M-Face results going with a quarterly treatment cadence — billed simply, monthly.
Before you enroll, your written membership agreement spells out the billing interval, minimum commitment, what’s included, how often treatments can be used, what happens to unused treatments, how to cancel, the refund policy, and any exclusions. You’ll get a copy to keep.

Can I cancel my membership?
It depends on the membership. Xeomin memberships are a 1-year commitment and renew automatically each year unless you cancel in writing at least one week before your annual renewal date. HRT memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment and renew automatically unless you cancel in writing at least one week before your renewal date. The Resurfacing Membership is a 1-year commitment and can’t be canceled. For other memberships, the cancellation terms are in your membership agreement.
Can I switch between membership tiers?
Yes. Talk to your provider about adjusting your plan as your needs change.
Do memberships include labs?
HRT memberships include an initial lab fee, then ongoing labs are included. Other memberships vary. Ask at consultation.
Do I need to be local to Greenwood to join?
No — our members come from Greenwood and communities across the Indianapolis south side.
